Hello, my name is Harriet and I have been teaching yoga across London since 2014.

With a background in contemporary dance, I started practicing yoga upon completing my dance studies, finding great benefit from the mindful approach to movement, breath and the space for introspection, to develop clarity and calm.

 Now through my own classes I hope to provide a calm environment, a sense of community and space for everyone to find individual variations within the practice.

 I trained to teach Jivamukti Yoga in 2013 and have since gained advanced certification. I have also completed training in Pregnancy Yoga with Alexa Dean. I gain so much inspiration by continuing to explore and study a variety of different mind-body practices. 

 

I teach a flowing vinyasa yoga practice, placing emphasis on breath awareness. Combining a grounding practice with creative sequences and the option of hands on assists. Classes can sometimes integrate music and always include some meditation and relaxation practices.
